Natvish is an extremely talented masseuse and always checks to see if there are areas of concern and double checking on the pressure she applies is what I am looking for. I highly recommend using her services.

I saw immediate results in redness in my cheeks. My skin was glowing after the facial.

I booked 5 massage rooms for 5 of us to celebrate a birthday, and everyone had a wonderful experience! They let me bring in my own snack tray, and let us hang out in the tranquility room afterward. My only complaint is discrepancy in what was offered vs given. I was told we were receiving 1-hour massages. I didn’t get into the massage room until 9:10am and the massage ended at 9:55. Still a great value for the price, but would be nice to get a full 1-hour massage!

I never have a complaint with my experience at this location from entering to exiting. I like when booking, when asking about other services I receive ample suggestions.

Ricco is simply the best. He listens to my concerns about pain and does a great job.

This visit the massage therapist had just started- it was her first day so the appointment was off to a slow start. I had asked before going back to add on some aromatherapy and they kinda blew it off until I asked the massage therapist. Which was odd because I do that regularly at the other location. However, after talking to my massage therapist and her going and talking to the receptionist, she came back to tell me she was not trained yet and didn't feel comfortable having me pay for something she was not sure on. That type of honesty was WAY more important than the experience. The massage therapist also asked about my focus areas and really did focus on those areas and did a great job!

Jessica is wonderful to work with. Highly knowledgeable, enjoyable to chat with during the visit, and helpful with suggesting products that my skin needs.

Both the massage and facial that I received during this appointment were excellent. Everyone I interacted with at this Hand and Stone was extremely friendly and professional.
