The Hand and Stone staff were very friendly and helpful. My massage therapist was very kind and did an amazing job relieving some of my pain. I enjoyed the personalization they incorporated into my massage so that I got the most benefits out of my massage.

It was easy to schedule an appointment. Check in was smooth. I think the "add on" concept is unusual. Typically you book a service when scheduling. The "add on" feels like you want more $$$ from me than the member rate. It is a bit of a turnoff. My experience is scheduling a type of massage in advance. The discussion at the reception desk is just unnecessary. It feels like pressure to upgrade. I want a stress-free experience.

I had to have someone other than my regular masseuse (she was on vacation) give me the last massage. I was pleased, but will continue with my regular gal. Most all the personnel have always done great work on me!
