My aesthetician was very friendly and knowledgeable. She took the time to find out about my skin concerns and address them. I left feeling great!

The hallway and outside noise was kinda distracting this visit. Once I was inside the room and changing to when the provider left the room for me to get dressed was than 50 minutes.

It had been over two years since I visited this Hand and Stone location (I was a member, but due to the pandemic, cancelled my membership indefinitely), and I was greeted at the door as if I were family! The manager is so professional and friendly, and the receptionist/individual that assisted with completing the Covid/Medical Form was extremely helpful. Nadvish (masseuse) is wonderful, and one of the reasons I returned (and renewed my membership!) to Hand and Stone!

I always go to same massage therapist and I am highly satisfied with his services. Sometimes it is hard to book an appointment online- the website is not accessible at all times. The prices went up without warning or my consent.

Natvish is extremely talented. Her hands are wonderful - taking aches and pains away. She always listens when I request a particular level of massage or an area that is currently giving me grief. Will definitely be back for her special touch.

Ali gave the most relaxing massage. His pressure was perfect and slow movements really eased the pain I had when going in. He used a soft voice, made sure I was comfortable, listened to where my pain was and made sure it was better before moving on. For example I had bruises on my calves before coming in and it was painful to touch… I have neuropathy on my feet and like extra attention. He swapped the calf massage out for more feet attention. I’ve had over 1000 massages in my life. I have to put Ali’s in the top of memorable massages for sure. I immediately booked a 90 minute massage for next week.

Rico always does an excellent massage hitting all my many problem areas.

My esthetician is very friendly and easy-going during my facials. She seems very knowledgeable and very helpful as to what my skin in particular needs. She does a great job at ensuring the whole process is safe for me as a pregnant client as well. Overall I always leave satisfied with my facials. Thank you.
