The staff was friendly and courteous and was not pushy. The facility was clean and comfortable. My massage therapist was enjoyable and provided a good massage; better than some private practice massages that I have received. I will add that the biggest surprise and biggest draw for wanting to support this business (after receiving a quality massage) was the amount of non-white staff, massage therapists, and clients that I encountered in this one visit. My massage therapist also commented on how much she enjoyed working for the company and appreciated her work environment. This is why I have already asked my neighbors in Leawood to support the business over other massage options in the area.
