The ambience was excellent. I have sensitive skin and the products used were skin friendly my massage therapist was amazing!

Wonderful massage therapist during this visit! Was very skilled and focused on the areas I specified!

The lady that called herself a manager was rude the receptionist was nice the problem was with the manager.She seems to forget we are dealing with a pandemic.I am a healthcare worker. And Sara was obviously very tired that day.When I went to her months ago she gave the best massage I ever had.So like I said there was no pressure at all applied and I could see she was tired .Just very disappointing over all.

I like the variety of services that are offered. I can have a mini hot stone, a mini decompression, CBD oil, deep tissue or regular massage. I am looking forward to trying a new service on my next visit.

It was great to be back. Navdish always does an amazing job. Felt like the place was doing a reasonably good job maintaining cleanliness and using appropriate barriers. Only 1 staff member i observed was using a face shield only without a mask. That is insufficient and should be corrected. If I can wear an N95 for a 14 hour shift, staff should be able to wear an appropriate cloth mask.

Yolanda is fabulous one of the best I’ve ever had. Really enjoy her facials.

I really liked my esthetician, she was nice and knowledgeable. I also believe the price was fair and affordable.

I was able to relax as soon as I laid down. The room was clean and smelled good. My massage was perfect with the perfect amount of pressure. I will definitely be back!

Jessica is amazing! Not only does she provide an amazing facial, but she is so friendly and makes you feel incredibly comfortable and relaxed! I always have a wonderful and relaxing time at Hand and Stone.
