Winny has a great understanding of the skin and skin health. She addresses any concerns or problems right off the bat. Everyone is also very friendly - from reception to management to the staff!

MT did specific neck and back work as I requested. The table was warm. I was able to relax bc MT remained quiet and was respectful when she answered my questions. I liked her professionality.

The website would not allow me to book an appointment online. I selected Leawood KS location and then it froze it to just that location and wouldn't allow me to change to another KC location. I had to close it down and reset. It was frustrating. That's something the web team should be able to solve. I've noticed it before when booking in Scottsdale. Same thing. In both cases--had to just call and give up...we can do better. :)

H&S has a clean and inviting atmosphere and the staff are professional, courteous and friendly. I schedule my appointments on the spur of the moment and H&S always has times available to fit in my schedule. The therapists are knowledgeable and professional. I have always been highly satisfied with my experiences.

Front desk staff very friendly and welcoming. The massage therapist was respectful and only spoke in response to me. The time flew by. So incredibly relaxing and stress-free!
