Patrick always does a fabulous job. He is highly skilled and works on problem areas with expertise. He has such a pleasant attitude and is always professional and attentive. I love Hand and Stone and am always impressed with the level of customer service there. Every time I am there the staff is friendly, helpful and always goes above and beyond. I have recommended H&S to many friends and family. I often purchase gift cards for friends to get services at H&S because it is such a great place. The spa is always remarkably clean as well which is impressive and makes you feel so much more comfortable when you are receiving massages and facials. Great job!
