I like the massage therapist. She was excellent and took care of my problem areas. The receptionist did not know that she was only supposed to take 1 1/2 credits for the 90 minute massage

I had a slight issue with the price increase. When I booked my appointment, the price increased when it was time for the service due to a cost increase in membership costs. I think that could have been explained better when the appointment was scheduled. I could have purchased a membership at the lower rate.

Lauren was amazing, very detail oriented and new the products and right products for my face. I can’t wait to make my next appointment and take my daughters in for their first facials with Lauren as well.

Your staff is attentive and helpful. I have enjoyed my massages and the recommendations my therapist has provided. Over the years, he has learned my preferences of pressure and spots that need the most therapy.

The facials are always great. Skin feels wonderful and looks good. The facial is relaxing. I always learn more about my skin and the products used in facials, very helpful. Service is terrific!
