Hand and Stone

Rebekah has been amazing over the past year. I have been getting monthly facials with her and my skin has dramatically improved. I am very pleased.

On my most recent visit, the power was out in the entire shopping center and throughout a portion of the city. The Hand and Stone staff went above and beyond to provide the same excellent service as usual, despite the inconvenience of a power outage. The back up lights kept the facility lit, my therapist offered to play music on his or my phone, and the towels remained warm in the warmer despite the electrical outage. Had I not known of this city-wide problem, I wouldn't have noticed anything different from any other visit. Kudos to the staff for remaining calm and professional and working through a challenge. Very impressed!

Cierra always does a great job explaining what she's going to do during the appointment. She always wears a mask and I feel safe during the appointment.

My appointment was a little late in getting started, but Zakeena was excellent. I explained the area I wanted to focus on it and she nailed it. Good pressure without being painful. Very experienced.

I love the staff at this location. The facility is always clean and smells great. The massage is AMAZING and I feel so good afterwards. I would love to try the other services as well. Highly recommend.
