Russell is an excellent massage therapist! She knows exactly where your stress points are and where to apply pressure. I enjoy coming to Hand and Stone and being greeted by such a nice staff and wonderful massage therapist..

i thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of the visit. i am not a person that goes to massage or facial spas, as a matter of fact yours is the only spa i have ever been to....lol. ciarra was my facial expert and she did a wonderful job. she answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable. the front desk attendants were very professional and welcomed me upon arrival. i will most assuredly recommend your services to others. thank you for a lovely visit.

The friendliness of the staff was inviting and not overwhelming. The esthetician was very good! Extremely nice, knowledgeable, and helpful with my needs.

The therapist is friendly, knowledgeable, adaptable, and is very tuned in to my needs. She seems to know what needs attention just by feel, so I don’t even have to give a lot of direction. Since I have started getting monthly massages, my body generally doesn’t ache as much as it previously did. And during massages, the problem areas loosen up more easily and quickly now than when I first started coming.
