Gary and his colleague was extremely helpful it was the second visit to the store to look at a mattress and we needed to get it right as it's a lot to pay if it's the wrong one. We were offered a drink and the conversation was easy, assistance offered throughout and terms of agreement explained thoroughly. Would definitely return.

I visited the Ashford store and was greeted by a gentleman called Johnathan, he was kind, friendly and very helpful. I explained that I suffered from hip pains and he suggested a type of mattress he thought would be good , I then done the silent night electronic bed that tells you which mattress would be best and it said the same as Johnathon had already told me. I felt very safe in the store with Covid restrictions and was very happy with the over all service provided. Placing my order was stress free and now I can’t wait to receive my new mattress! Thank you to Johnathan for providing an excellent service and making me feel completely at ease whilst shopping in the store!

The quality of assistance in store was second to none. The staff members were friendly and helpful without being ‘pushy’, which is very important to us. Hopefully we have made the right choice, time will tell!

On entering the store we were greeted by Jonathan who asked if he could be of assistance. We explained that we need a single mattress with similar support to the double mattress we have had for several years. Also we need it to be delivered within a 2 week window. Jonathan recommended one which we tried and found suitable. It was available for delivery within 7 days. We went ahead with the purchase, selected the delivery date as finalised within a very short time. Great service

Gary approached us as soon as we arrived in the store to help my daughter Lauren choose a mattress. Lauren has a learning disability and he catered to her needs and made her laugh. I really liked him and he treated Lauren with the utmost respect. Thank you Gary.

The gentleman who served us, took the time to really listen to our concerns about price and comfort and how different mine and my partners needs are for sleeping. The sleep analysis machine was immediately recommended and all the options we wanted to see were demonstrated as well as comparing and contrasting other choices that may have suited it. We felt comfortable popping off for a coffee to take time think then when we came to place our order, it was super quick and efficient.

The lady that helped me to decide the mattress was exceptional - she listened to my needs,recommended according to my price range, was v efficient in placing my order and bringing to my attention other things I would need at a reduced price including insurance. I can’t speak highly enough of her empathy and understanding of my needs as I was replacing a mattress that my brother had passed away on. Thank you.
