I had looked online at what I was interested in, with the shop layout I was able to locate the item straight away and was helped within no time, great experience

My partner and I had seen a bed online that we liked the look of but wanted to see it in person. When we entered the store there were hand sanitizer dispensers at the door and the store looked extremely clean. We browsed the beds and were greeted by Emma. Emma asked us if we needed any help and we said we’d got a bed in mind. She showed us to the bed and gave us some information on it that we wanted to know. Emma let us have some time to discuss and look around some more. Once we had decided on the bed, Emma talked us through the process and made us feel very comfortable. The chilled water bottles were an extra treat in the humid weather! Emma carefully went through the process with us and our bed deliver date was only going to take 2 weeks!! We were very impressed! We chose the 9 month 0% interest finance option and went through the process. Emma was extremely personable, professional and friendly and we would definitely want to be served by her again next time if we were to return. The overall experience was highly satisfying and we will definitely return in the future.

The lady who served us was knowledgable, friendly & polite without being intrusive. She allowed us time to make our decisions without being pushy. Just a shame that the store is not bigger to carry more beds so that you can see them for real.

Gary the Sales Rep listened to what we wanted and gave us space to talk while testing each mattress. There was no hard sell.

We were greeted as soon as we arrived, we were looking for 2 mattresses. Once measured by the machine we expressed how warm we get when sleeping my son explained the new purchase was hoping to aid back trouble and Jonathan was great explaining the cool tech and the differences between mattresses and that his issues maybe because he had the wrong pillow, a breath of fresh air that you feel you made your own decision as to what you wanted with all the necessary information. Although we were not in the store long we left incredibly happy with our choices of mattresses and pillows.

Jonathan was helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy - he made us aware of offers, recommendations when asked and was just polite and helpful.

Shop assistant excellent, knowledgeable and most friendly, a pleasure to deal with her. Given good advice on type of mattress best suited to our needs which enabled us to make an informed decision. Competitive pricing, good quality products.

I FOUND THE STAFF VERY HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. THEY WHERE HAPPY TO ANSWER MY QUESTIONS AND CAME ACROSS AS VERY FRIENDLY PEOPLE.

We loved the high tech bed that assesses the best mattress. Emma who was the sales assistant who looked after us was very helpful friendly and knowledgeable. We felt safe in store and all the staff were very friendly
