Store assistants were really friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my visit because of them - I expected to just go in order a bed and leave but they made me laugh whilst I was there, got me a bottle of water, helped me find exactly what I wanted, made recommendation on a pillow and took me through ordering and delivery thoroughly so I felt super confident with what I’d ordered

Firstly, I called the store first to check stock and spoke to "mark" who was very kind and friendly. He was helpful and gave me all of the information I needed. When I visited the store it was clean, and social distancing was possible. I was dealt with professionally and would recommend dreams to anybody after my experience in the Ashford store.

I just want to state Mark was very helpful and made the purchase of a mattress both stress free and knowledgeable. He has a great understanding of the products and was able to help us and advise on the best product for us. I want to also comment on his colleague who I don't know the name of but was very friendly and made the experience great. I my only issue was the heat of the shop and they did not complain but your staff must be extremely hot and extra air conditioning would be great. However Mark offered us som to help. This may put people off staying in the office on the summer months. Please pass this on to Mark as I think he is a great asset t

The store in Ashford was clean, well staffed and well priced. The dream machine mattress selector was great and picked us out the perfect mattress for my partner and I. I would like to give some positive feed back to the employee Gary who served us. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He made us feel welcome and without doubt got us the mattress we wanted.

We had an idea of what we wanted and discovered that the bed had 20% off due to being in a promotion. The assistant was able to show the item and allowed us to try it.
