The sales assistant was extremely helpful, she listened to our ramblings that we had had a house fire and was so sympathetic. We only went in to buy a mattress and ended up buying bed, mattress, pillows and quilt, because she was so helpful

Emma at the Ashford Kent shop went over and above when we purchased our mattress and pillows. She was professional throughout and have never had service like it before when purchasing a bed or mattress. Her colleague on the day was also very helpful and they make an excellent team together. She was helpful in all aspects and very kno. She answered all our questions and her colleague demonstrated how the pillow we were purchasing needed to be taken apart to wash. Well done and thank you to them both. They deserve an extra bonus for such excellent customer service

The bed is for my son. We visited once with him to look at the beds and for him to test mattresses. Then returned after thinking about what would best fit his room. Was so happy to find the same customer assistant working to speak to them again check the bed and different mattress options before making the final choice and order.

Jon at the Ashford Kent store was very helpful and impressed us with his knowledge of your products. He explained the choices we had and helped us choose our purchase by answering all our questions we had.

The lady who helped us was Emma . Emma gave us the information we required. We tried different mattresses and she gave us the privacy to discuss each one without any pressure. We were in the store for more than an hour , trying to decide. Emma remained helpful and friendly through all our indecision and it was because of this and her help we purchased the mattress we did .

Mark from the Ashford branch went above and beyond to help us find the perfect mattress. He recommended we tested the new sleep machine to find the perfect mattress. Mark even offered us a drink, whilst explaining the difference between the mattresses, he was friendly and funny and didn't pressure us at any point. The store was clean and had covid guards etc in place to keep us safe. This is the second time i have placed a large order and i definitely wouldn't go anywhere else. Thankyou to Mark and the dream team for making everything so simple and easy to understand.

The lady who showed us around and helped us pick the perfect bed and mattress was very helpful, and made us realise we didn’t actually want what we thought we wanted, we’re very grateful for that as we could’ve bought something we didnt end up appreciating in a few months time. We’re so excited to get our new bed and mattress!
