Assistant was very knowledgeable but not pushy or in your face, we were left to decide which of the identified options suited us best without feeling pressurised. Ordering process was easy and carefully explained and thoroughly checked.

From the start we were welcomed, and our assistant Emma was brilliant. She was very knowledgeable and nothing was too much effort including making us a drink. The SleepMaster Machine was fab and enabled us to make an informed choice on which mattress was the best for us. Overall it was a great shopping experience, all the staff were friendly and helpful especially Emma. Definitely recommend Dreams in Ashford.

This was a follow up visit to the Dreams Store as having had our original order of five beds delivered to the house we realised we had missed ordering a couple of headboards and a mattress protector. The sales assistant, Gary acknowledged that the original order was quite complex and was very helpful and understanding in arranging the order of the items we had missed at the price they would have been had we included them in the original order.

So polite and helpful this shoukd be the blueprint for customer service thank yiu
