Emma who assisted us in the Ashford Kent branch, was so incredibly helpful without being pushy! She understood and had sympathy for our needs and gently led us to the correct purchase for us. She encouraged us to take the sleep test as well as helping and answering every question we had. We really couldn't fault the service she provided at all, which is why we made such an expensive purchase without anymore research.
