It was an external issue that did not have to do with the attendees or cleanliness. Another customer was rudely knocking on the door many times while I was using the restroom

It was a regular gas station visit. I was not highly satisfied because the gas wasn't free.

Service was slightly slow.

The past two times I've pumped at this location the diesel fuel pump started and stoped repeatedly and took a long time to pump.

The clerks are almost always rude and don't greet us.

When I walked in there was no other customers in the building and I walked up to the counter where there were three associates behind the counter staring out the window and talking. They continued talking upon me walking up to the counter and then slowly came over to help me. The lady at the register looked at me and said "what?" I was taken back by this but asked for my pack of cigarettes. She turned to grab the cigarette pack and then turned around with a very rude tone and said "id?" I gave her my idea, paid, and left. I have never had a good experience at this location. The wait and lines are always long and the employees almost never have two registars open, there is usually one emoloyee standing around or talking to the employee on the register. The emoloyees on the evening shift are always incredibly rude. Even though this is the closest gas station to me I will no longer be coming here and telling people the same. I am extremely upset with being treated like dirt everytime I walk into the store.
