The cashier Arlene was super friendly and kept her spirit up, however, she had a line the entire time, people constantly coming in and a full parking lot and was left to deal with it herself. Your manager Veronica was in the cooler the whole time and could clearly see how busy she was, but did nothing to help. That lady is always rude and very snotty. Unbelievable that she is in management.
