First pump I pulled to had a cover over the nozzle.

the attendant was unable to get a mfg coupon to scan so I was unable to save using that coupon. I saved the coupon and used it on my next visit, that attendant said that the prior attendant should have keyed the coupon code in if if would not scan. She also said that he was a new employee and she would make sure that he was aware of how to key a coupon in the event it will not scan.

the cashier had family and kids in the store and was not paying attention to the customers. so i had to wait for him to come ring me up.

Because the attendant was short and snippy with me. He kinda rushed my purchase, could have made more in sale but he rushed me along.

89 octane button on the pump didn't work. I had informed the attendant a couple days before that about that pump and another one that didn't work correctly. So I had to pull up to a different pump, after trying that pump. Same as a couple days ago. I informed her again.

Customer in front of me was handed a reeipt and told 'complete the survey for a chance to win $100 in gas'. upon completion of my purchase I was told 'thank you'. The store representative the accepted cash from the next customer for gas. I had to ask for a receipt since it was not offered to me. I have lived in Chesterfield county for 19 years and this is the first time I encountered racist treatment from a business. I am African American and felt the cashier was being covertly racist. Hesnatched the reciept from the register and handed it to me!

It took a bit over 50 minutes to purchase gas. I initially went to Murphy purchase gas at the pump, with a gift card. The pump prompt stated card was unreadable (again). I called that one 888 number on the back and was informed that the card wasn't activated, activate it and I needed to take it to Walmart to get it activated, which I did. I drove back to Walmart. Stoon2d in line at customer service over 10 minutes. - only one person working behind the counter. The customer the Associate was dealing with, had to leave the line and go look for someone he came to the store with ( ID ). Finally another Associate showed up. I explained the issue of the gift card not working, he suggested I transfer the money to a new gift card. which I did. I drove it back to Murphys', inserted the card once more. The same prompt-not readable. Therefore I went inside and inquired with the Attendant as to why the gift card wouldn't work at the pump. I was informed he did not know.

I will not visit store 7643 again until credit cards are allowed to be used at the pumps. I had to go inside and pay and estimate how much gas I needed. This is a waste of my time and I do not know how many gallons of gas I need. I will return when you fix this matter. Andy Lepore
