I was greeted as I walk in the store. I wasn't happy with the parking lot covered in snow and ice and no ice melt on it.

It is a brand new location and the pump I went to had a nozzle that was broken. It was freezing cold out and the last thing I wanted was to spend extra time trying to get a nozzle on the ethonal free pump to work. It did NOT, even the attendant tried, ant I had to pull around to another pump. After that the experience was great. The attendant was very kind and well mannered.

I wish this location (closest to my home) sold milk. I had to go to another store to get milk.

I purchased gas at the pump then came inside for a fountain drink. The only cups available are Styrofoam which break easy. I've had a full 44 oz break in my hand. Please offer the plastic cups and I would be 110% satisfied. Thanks

You need to either put a credit button on the machine so when it says, "Push credit", the customer is able to do so OR put a new message on the screen that says, "Press ENTER for credit." It's that simple. Really irritated me to have to stop, get stuff out of my car that I didn't want stolen, go inside, tell them, go back outside, continue pumping. Make the process easy for customers.

It's not that I'm not satisfied, but with the new Arby's opening next door, there is a lot of traffic for such small parking lots.
