My debit card with the chip must be ran as debit card. The attendant claimed this was not possible. Was not friendly or welcoming.

The attendant was rude and did not greet us or even smile and say please come again. It seemed she was just there for the job and not the guest.

Went to two different pumps, inserted card pushed debit put pin number in, pump said select fuel, begin fueling, and Nothing! Both pumps! Pump zeroed out etc but no gas would come out.

I have gone to this Station about 5 times since I found out it was there. I am very dissatisfied because I paid with a debt card for fuel $20.00 because I was unsure of the amount my car would take. Well, my car only took $7.71, which means I was due a refund of $12.29. When I went back into the store, the clerk seemed surprised that I asked for my receipt. I always get my receipts. Well, to date - Monday, 12/12/16, I still have not received my $12.29. I did speak with Customer Service today who said they will investigate and send me a gift card for my money. Hopefully, this is not happening to more customers than me because if it is and people are not getting a receipt or looking at their receipts, you guys are racking up.
