Well when there's four people behind the counter and only one person running a register and the line is backing up and they don't care- just stand there talking with each other. I have been in there before and experienced the same routine. Just seems like they could be a little more conscientious about the length of their customers in line.

It was a simple experience of pumping my own gas, nothing to be dissatisfied with. Nothing to do with any person or persons, so no reason to be highly satisfied in my book, it was clean and pump worked great, that's about all a person can ask for at the gas pump. Thank you

My only complaint would be the service provided by the attendant who did not seem to enjoy working there.

general congestion in driving area due to parked vehicles

I did not see an option to pay with the Wal Mart credit card and receive a discount on the fuel

I can't say highly satisfied because there no place of business I can say that at .But I enjoy my visit

I think the area has an effect on this Murphy Express, more so than the exterior or interior of the building. Tho both were exceptionally clean, and the attendant was very polite, greeted me, and asked if he could help get me anything else. I paid cash inside for non fuel products and had no issues. At the pump I used my credit card. All went well. Thanks again for having the drawing!

1st pump didn’t work and then second pump timed out and I had to go inside to complete purchase.

Since the Murphy station opened in Ponchatoula, LA, I fill up my school bus every week and before this local store opened I traveled to Hammond, LA, just to fill up with Murphy diesel fuel. The diesel pump at the Ponchatoula station is extremely slow, this past Friday morning it kept shutting off before my fill up.
