The cashier Shannon was very unprofessional. Did not smile was not helpful really bad attitude made me feel sad and mad. I have been coming 2 Murphy's since 2008 when we moved from Texas and I have never had a bad experience like this one. The other cashier register was closed she was on break she's always very nice very professional always smiling and greeting guests. Cashier Shannon doesn't care about her job treating people that come in spending money in that way.

The attendant was unfriendly and rude to me. She was friendly to the next person in line but he was the same race as her. I was treated with a racist attitude from the moment I walked in the door even though I was polite and friendly.

1. After I pulled up to the pump and inserted my card, the screen was blank. I had to drive to another pump. 2. No discount for the Wal Mart credit card even though the store isin front of Wal mart

I purchased a pumpkin spice cappuccino and it must been out of the powder mixture because it tasted like a very weak and tasted like it had very little flavor and too much water.

cashier lied about credit/debit card

I purchased a gift card at the Ponchatoula Walmart with the express purpose of using it to purchase gas at Murphy's. Imagine my surprize when the card wouldn't work at the pump! Thinking there was something wrong with the pump, I selected pay inside and pumped my gas. I went inside to pay and was told that they DO NOT ACCEPT WALMART GIFT CARDS! Something about not having a signed contract because they aren't located on the exact same tract of land as the Walmart! Hog wash! It's associated with Walmart, isn't it?! I always thought they were the same company. Apparently NOT! I was not happy about this and wanted to let someone know!

The speed of service was so unimportant to those ladies and to not watch the line as new customers come through the door they need better training ...
