Murphy USA

I went in to pay for two different transactions. One for fuel, and the other for diesel. First of all I wasn’t greeted, I was blankly stared at. I asked to pay for pump 12 when my friend was done pumping and then put 20 on pump 10 to prepay. The attendant “Melissa” caught an attitude with me and told me if I hadn’t prepaid for the Diesel why would I come in and pre pay for my fuel? I had decided on the way walking in that I needed a little fuel, but apparently she was not interested in my business because she refused my payment and told me I had to go outside and pump it now first because she wasn’t taking it. I then proceeded to pump my fuel, and upon payment Melissa then hassled me for paying with a large bill. This was the most disrespectful interaction I’ve ever had with public service. I will be spreading the word about my despicable visit and to avoid this and all Murphy USA locations.

Had to go into store to pay because debit card reader inoperable. Otherwise experience was ok.

The girl was rude and I am 58 years old and she would NOT sell me cigarettes. I had my 30 year old son go inside and get me cigarettes but he didn't t have his is on him so I went in and she refuse to sell them to me and they were for me and everyone had to wait 10 minutes to get served because she was outside smoking and would not put her cigarette down to do her job.

Always clean and friendly staff member and the store is great
