there was a very verbal fight between a male employee and the women in the store and they were very loud and foul mouthed.The male employee then left walking toward the Walmart store. When I arrived I was scared to even go in the store. but the gas needle was on E.Your employees could have acted in a more professional manner,the women inside were degrading the male employee they all were so loud you could hear them outside the store

I am a regular customer who normally comes to your station during the graveyard times; never any issues; cashiers always recommend promo items. However, I woke up late and I went during day time specifically to buy certain items to obtain discount code. Unfortunately, I did not get the correct amount of products to get code. Cashier did not remind me of the special and only tried to find out why code did not print by ringing sale sign. Cashier did not offer refund or assist in any way. Another bad experience with another cashier during the swing shift. Cashier kept my change ($.21). Although, she was helpful. I let it slide due to the amount. However, since the day & swing shift do not conduct themselves as their coworkers who work graveshif, I will do my business ONLY during that time.

I was not expecting premium to be 40 cents per gallon above everywhere else. Had I known this in advanced, I would have purchased fuel elsewhere.

I inserted my Walmart credit card for payment. The appropriate discount was displayed on the pump. After beginning to fuel the vehicle, the price returned to the original price which I was then charged. The difference wasn't enough to stay and quibble about, but it was insulting nonetheless.

Double Billed For Ga

Everything was good at the pump yesterday ( 01-23-2016 ). The problem was discovered today when I received my e-Bank statement for yesterday and saw that I was double billed for my gasoline purchase. This is the first time that this has happened to me, and I am very unhappy about this and want it resolved as soon as possible! It is now 7:26 am CST. I am now awaiting a telephone call from you to see how long it takes you to respond to my problem, as it could definitely future purchases of fuel for my car at Murphy USA. Please respond immediately, if not sooner to my request! Thank you for your prompt response. John A. Echols
