Pamela was super nice and very helpful. She was great but in general i feel welcomed at this location. The location on Old Jacksonville needs to learn from this location as this one is so much better with their customer service.

Let me begin by saying Great Customer service stories are not just an urban legend, from the moment I walked into the door to the time I walked outta the I door the energy was a amazing..the whole staff greeted me and seemed so cheerful and you could tell they loved there Job. I was greeted and Told about saving money.... who does that.. MURPHY USA does and wow I'm now a customer for life very impressed with the young Lady (Courtney Rene) who informed me about your gas promotions which I never knew about I love saving and getting more gas. I just wanted take a moment and send this survey back to give credit where credit is due ... Great job!!! keep up the good work and I'm sending my sending family and friends your way to become Murphy's customers.... Pamela ann is very nice and always smiling. She always has the best coffee and greets me when i come in and always says have a great day. I will always go here because the attendants are always smiling and friendly
