Had a problem using my coupon code at the pump. The girl that tried to help me didn't know what she was doing and ended up charging me for the gas but without the discount. She tried to get the manager to come out and help but it took 10 minutes because he was on a smoke break right in the front of the store.

No you misunderstood me. I am very very Highy Satisfied love the gas prices will recommend to people.

The store was very clean. The employees were very friendly.

It is a new store and I like it so far.

I had no problem with the Murphy Express. But, at the pump, I had 2 young men come up and beg me for gas. One talked to me at my door and the other sat in the car drinking a beer. He kept trying to get me to go to his car to put gas in his portable container. He said he had a sick baby in the car. THAT experience is what made me uncomfortable and unable to say "highly satisfied" even though I know it wasn't the station's fault. I didn't even get a license plate because I was flustered. The station, though, is awesome!

I bought a carwash at the pump not realizing there was no carwash on the property. The wash is $16 and I can't find where to get my refund without going back to location which is out of my way.

Fuel pumps exterior/handles not clean. Trash can overflowing Loose debris in fueling area on ground Stains on concrete-concerned about residue on shoes and tracking into vehicle-looks like diesel or gas spills Patron two pumps away was pulled up and began pumping-all the while smoking- I cut my fuel purchase short and left.
