It was very cold this morning. I attempted to use my card at the pump twice however the machine was not operating correctly. I was forced to pay inside and wait in line. I was not satisfied with that.

I guess it's OK if you want to have your car wash off-premises, but at least give us a code that works. I paid an extra $8 for a car wash at the pump, after a recent snow/salt episode, and had to ask the clerk where the car wash was located. (It's about .3 miles down the road.) The code didn't work at the car wash (I tried both of the stalls several times) and there are no directions posted for how to use the code from the station. Since I was there I just paid again and figured I'd drop you a note and let you know that this system clearly doesn't work.
