The attendant (the receipt says her name was Emily Anne) was absolutely horrible in her customer skills. She took time to converse kindly with the customer before me; however, when she started to ring up my purchase, she said absolutely nothing to me. She even started to converse with the other cashier behind the counter that was doing inventory, insteading of interacting with me, her customer. She did not offer me my receipt; I had to ask for it. She didn't say a word to me at all. To be completely honest, she has treated me rudely during past visits as well. Another issue, not related to the cashier...I was overcharged for the combos pretzels I purchased, which I did not notice until I got back to work. There was a sign advertising two bags for $4.00; however, I was charged $2.39 for each bag. My transaction number was 8756-20180219-2-1-228. If it weren't for the EXCELLENT job that the wonderful manager does here at this location, I would absolutely discontinue frequenting this location. The manager is a delight to see each time she is there. It is unfortunate that she has employees that treat certain customers like garbage.

no paper in pump for receipt had to go inside and ask for receipt no apology for inconvenience and no thanks for telling of the problem. Seemed to NOT care. typical

I was unsatisfied simply because I was unable to receive coffee on my visit to the store. I went in and the attendant did not even greet me. She was too busy making her own beverage. Behind the register when I went to make myself coffee there was no coffee available. I looked over towards the attendance however she did not acknowledge me. I became frustrated and left the store. I drove down the street. And there was no coffee there either making me return to the store that I had just left which is your location Murphy express 8756. When I got back to the location the attendant was out on the floor making herself a full cup of coffee. I looked at her in disgust and she said it was out She just had to press brew. That made me feel as if she only was making coffee for herself I have no concern for me as a customer she did not even try to make coffee when I was there the first time all in all I went back and forth to the store three times in order to receive one cup of coffee which I feel is absolutely ridiculous. leaving me completely unsatisfied with my cost to this location.

The shelves were not fully stocked and the gum I usually get was unavailable.

Cashier/attendant was extremely slow and seemed not to have much knowledge of how to correctly operate the cash register or how to correct activate the feul pumps.

What you know everybody lives in a hurry you look at the pumps you see summer for some aren't you pull up to the empty pumps and they have bags on the handle with or not operating do not understand a service station has been opened one month and already has pumps out very dissatisfied thank you

This was the first time we stopped at this murphy usa. We had intended to use a walmart gift card and it did not work at the pump. We went inside and were told that the Murphy Express does not take the walmart giftcards. I will not stop at a Murphy express again. There is nothing stating that you cannot use a walmart gift card to save the 3 cents per gallon.
