Waited forever behind someone putting in codes for the .5 cents off per gallon.

The attendant was rude.

Bidirectional lanes causes waits. Costco has unidirectional lanes and one never has to figure how how to maneuver ones car to get their fuel. You know exactly which pump to use.

Bi-directional lanes at the pumps causes me to have to back in often. Costco has unidirectional lanes for both sides of pump and that helps me choose properly since my fuel port is on the passenger side.

It's a gas station, not sure if there could be a "highly satisfied" experience.

Just think there is always room for inprovement

I think the pumps are easy to read and the directions are easy to follow. I just think the price of gas should be lower per gallon.
