My credit debit card was swiped thru and I opted credit. It asks for my zip code but never would go past that point. I should mention this was at pump 5 not the pump I purchased fuel. I have had this problem numerous times at this store at various pumps. When I talked to the attendent she was less than accommodating and really was downright uninterested in my concerns. She could have said I will bring this to my bosses attention or at least I’m sorry. But no just arms raised up and a quick I can’t help you

Rosalinda was great. My issue is with the cashier, a heavy set, caucasian lady before her. I've been coming to this location for 3 weeks now, because I am in training in this area. On my breaks I have been coming over to purchase snacks with my EBT food stamps other than today. While at the location today I was told that I couldnt use my EBT food stamps because Murphy does not accept it, though I just used my card at this same location just last week. Not unless the policy has changed since last week. Instead of going back and forth with her I just walked because I knew want she was saying was incorrect and I didn't want to hold up the line. But I felt singled out because I have never have this problem. Due to the fact I that I truly wanted my snacks I came back and had to pay with the last of my cash. Thankfully this time I got Rosalinda, though I could have tried to use my EBT food stamps again, the heavy set, caucasian lady was still there and I didn't want to cause any further issues. She needs to be properly trained because it's apparent that she isn't. Again Rosalinda was great, offer candy, greeted and thanked me.

For the 3rd time this attendent was very unfriendly, rude and acted like she didn't want to be there and was taking it out on the costumers. One time she slammed the hand held scanner down on the couter then my products, didn't ofer a receipt and just turned around and walked off. It mad me fell like i did something wrong. Outside the smock she looked kinda sloppy. I have had good experiences in the past but lately your help has been bad .soory for the bad complaint

I go to this location once or twice a month. The previous cashier was always very helpful and I would always buy 3 diet cokes and would always receive the ongoing promotion of 10 cents less per gallon of gas. Today I noticed it was another cashier but I was expecting the same service as before. I didn't notice she had not given me the promotion of 10 cents less per gallon of gas because I bought the same 3 diet cokes I thought I would get it. I realized I didn't get it as I was walking back to my truck but didn't want to go wait in line again. Once per visit is enough.....

I pulled into the station (#8691) and many pumps had bags on the handles. I found one that did not, pulled in, processed my debit card and pumped the gas. As I was finishing a voice comes over the speaker that said, "the bag over the pump handle means it is closed." I told her there was no bag over the handle to which she responded, "there IS a bag on the handle." NO THERE WAS NOT!!! I do not appreciate being called a liar especially by a sales clerk! I then went up and got her name which is Dee and told her I was going to complain about her rudeness to which she replied that she did not care and to go ahead. Am I to know by osmosis that the pump is closed? I will never do business with you again considering how you treat paying customers. We pay your salaries and without customers you will not have a pot to pee in. I am also drafting a letter to your CEO R. Andrew Clyde describing this incident. Can't wait to see you go bankrupt!

The attendant was very rude, he was on a cell phone while my husband was trying to get some cigarettes, when I went to get a drink he was STILL on the phone... He was not very customer service oriented when he handled my transaction. I asked if he was talking to me now since he was on the phone still, he said yes as he hung up his cell phone telling me he was trying to make the schedule, I told him his boss shouldn't have minded him putting the phone down to take care of customers and he preceded to tell me with a cocky attitude he was the boss. I told him I was the customer and that service was unacceptable... No apology was offered. If he was a manager that gives your company a bad image, if he was an employee and lied about his position that not only gives company bad image but that will make me take my business elsewhere regardless of savings!
