There is always room for improvement no matter the situation

Walked in and the first attendant was having a personal conversation with someone. She looked at me and just kept having the conversation. Luckily another attendant became available and helped me.

I simply bought gas. There was nothing highly satisfying about that. Everything was just fine and I will come back but there's just no "wow" factor in purchasing gasoline for me.

My cashier seemed distracted; she rang me up; said do you want a receipt...and I said yes, please...then I left. I work front desk at my job. I ALWAYS greet my customers when they arrive AND when they leave. Just saying...I stop in Murphy's cuz Sheetz is crazy busy, most of the time. If you give a SMILE, a smile is usually returned...and it is free to give a smile 😀. We ALL have to work to live...let's spread HAPPINESS 😉 Thank you...have a wonderful day!

I was satisfied with my visit. When I arrived at the pump, I didn't notice until I pulled up that there was a red bag over the pump indicating it was out of service. I should've noticed that earlier on my part. No big deal. I drove to a different pump within the station, and filled up my GMC Yukon! I also took a pamphlet/brochure about the Murphy Visa card! Since I'm a regular customer, I might apply to save a little more money! Saving 5 cents per gallon will go a long way. I got to read more information about it first. Will be back soon! :-)

I stop at this store everyday on my way to work.Only complaint I have is they run out of 32oz cups and if I bring one I have they want to charge me a higher refill price.

I bought a couple of scratch tickets and did not win

The inside of the convenience store smelled overwhelmingly like Diesel fumes. I am pregnant and smells tend to bother me but the smell was so overwhelming I almost didn't buy a product and returned outside as it started to make me sick.
