we had to pull through 2 bays that had the pump handle covered in a red bag that said pump not working. Third bay was the charm.

Recently, video monitors were installed above the pumps at our local station. These monitors are loud and irritating; there is no volume control or mute button. It is really necessary to be constantly bombarded with a sales pitch? At a minimum, mute buttons should be installed or the monitors should be removed from the pumps on one side of the station.

I usually pump gas at this location driving from Fredericksburg to my home in kg. I pay at the pump and get a receipt at th pump as well. The pump said printing receipt but nothing came out. I proceeded to go inside to ask for my receipt. There were 2 cashiers (therefore 2 lines) I picked the shorter line with one person in front of me ( which it was a big mistake) it took a long time for the cashier to take care of the customer paying for the fuel and cigarettes wtih coupons on her old receipts. Finally, when it was my turn I explain to the cashier what happened on pump 7 with the receipt she said ok and moved on...nothing like an apology or her urgency of fixing or finding out why the receipt didn't print.

I asked the clerk for a carton Virginia slim super slim cigarettes blue or green. she said she did not have either one. I then had to ask her if she had 10 packs. she acted like it was a bother to get them. the other clerks on previous visits would just get the 10 loose packs and charge me for a carton. this clerk didn't even bother to get them .I had to ask her to get them.
