The manager provided the best customer service. This was my first visit to this service center and I cannot believe the service that was provided. I had my grandchildren with me and she was so friendly as my granddaughter knocked over a display. I needed the Mark 10 product which was unavailable by the company and she explained all the details to me and was very patient. I am also a customer service manager and it is nice to see that someone else cares about their guests like I do. Nice store. Gained my loyalty!
