To be highly satisfied your prices would have to be lowr

Normally I am very satisfied and sorry I never had the time to do a survey before but the main reason the attendant did not get the highest mark in all areas is because it appeared that she let the previous customers get to her or maybe I took too long to decide whatever the reason, she had a total change in attitude and body language between when I first walked in and when I left. I honestly don't think it was me, I didn't stand and watch the other 2 transactions that went ahead of me but she was simply not smiling at the end like she was at the beginning and did not even respond in kind back to me when I said 'thanks and have a good night'. I will give her the benefit of the doubt that maybe she was already focusing on the next customer but in a job like that you must learn to multitask. Just remind her.

May seem petty, but the window cleaning station was not very close to the pump area, would like to see a cleaning station on both ends. This one happened to be at the back of my vehicle and not close to the pump.

The price was not as competative as some in other areas this was just the closest location and I was on empty.

No reason really but nothing is always perfect. The store overall is good and I never have any issues.

I had to wait to long in line. Pay at pump did not work. Attendant was doing his best but it was busy

The store inside was nice and clean. I went in there looking to buy a gallon of milk only to realize that milk is not sold there. I bought candy instead.
