It was simply a refueling stop. There was nothing that would "satisfy" me about this interaction. Being satisfied implies a measure of happiness or pleasure. I was neither pleased nor made happy during my visit.

The automatic pump failed to work, so I ended up paying for fuel on the ground. The workers appreciated that I brought the problem to their attention, but nobody actually apologized that I had to pay for the fuel on the ground or that I smelled like diesel now. It's not really that big of a deal, but the workers need to know that it makes a better impression on the customer if they empathize with the customer.

I am using a Walmart credit MasterCard and I am not receiving a discount. I paid the regular price and I thought my card gave me 3 cents off. I have not received several times now.

(Bathroom needs to be cleaner, without bugs flying that bit, (could have been) coakroachs & medium sized), I used to work in a restaurant and I cleaned the washroom & that was important to customers & it did NOT take that long as losing a customer!

I had a coupon for a free 20 soda I presented it to the cashier and her response to me with attitude was didn't we just use this I paid for my gas at the pump and then proceeded inside to use the coupon and get some beef jerky. The attitude of the cashier made me feel uninvited and embarrassed I will not be visiting that location again there is a gas station half a mile from my home I'll just wait til I get near there to get my gas and snacks

i had to go inside because my receipts did not print. when i told the orange headed cashier that i needed receipts for outside. she was very rude. she asked me what pump i was on and i assumed she knew since she had a window and how else would she check if someone drove off with gas. so i asked why she didnt change the paper and she rudely laughed and said that the register had not told her the paper was out. im pretty sure im not the only customer that has had this problem. when i asked her who her manager was she said dennis and proceeded to give me his number. what is calling someone going to do. i just want my receipts! she then argued with me about the situation and i asked again who her manager was she said hes not here right now and said shed get the assistant. so she went searchin then comes back and says i cant find her. meanwhile im still waiting for my receipts. she still continued to argue with me as to what pump i was on. she made me walk back outside because she couldnt count backwards after i told her my vehicle was the red one when she looked out the window. i didnt know that coming in to get some receipts took over a minute when there is no one in the store.

I asked the attendant 3 times about getting the lower priced per gallon on how to get it. I asked if a sam's club card would work or is it just a Walmart card. She said a Walmart card. I asked if there were any in the store I could buy and she told me yes and got me one. I bought the gift card, went back to the pump but the pump didn't give me the discount per gallon. Went back inside, paid inside asking for the discounted price with the gift card. Went back outside and it still was not the discounted price. Went back inside and asked why I was not getting the discounted price and she said only Walmart cards get the discount not the gift card she sold me. Now I am stuck with a dollar left in my gift card that I will never use and 3 cents a gallon I could have saved if I would have known that the gift card did not give me the discount I thought I would get.
