The continued bombardment of advertisement at the pump....and especially the lottery option. Slows down my process to purchase fuel.

To be highly satisfied I would have appreciated being greeted by name and had someone offer to wash my windows. But the price for fuel that Murphy offers is so competitive that I will continue to frequent it.

The only reason I marked down my satisfaction was because I was offered a lottery play at the pump! It's one thing to advertise that you sell lottery tickets, but to now ask at the pump is too much! Way too many people who cannot afford to play the lottery are the ones mainly playing. Then, to stick that offer in front of them is just uncalled for. Keep it in the store, not at the pump!

I dislike the pump suggesting that I buy a lottery ticket. It insults me that I be induced to gamble.
