The young lady working the register greeted me with a smile and gave a genuine thank-you once the transaction was complete. She has been on duty many times in the past when I have come for fuel or drinks and I've always been impressed with her pleasant demeanor. Having been a store manager in the past, I know that oftentimes a supervisor will only hear from the customers when something goes wrong. I felt it was the time that this young lady received some much due praise.
