I attempted to purchase additional products inside store; chip card was damaged and requires attendants to process three times with swipe method before manual override. Attendant proceeded to tell me that I needed new card and that she was unable to process transaction; failed to manually process after failed swipe attempts required by bank. I have used my damaged card numerous times at this location; previous attendants had no problems. I used same card at competitor and Wal-Mart without any issues; bank doesn't require a new card to be issued. Please train new attendant with processing steps for damaged chip cards in the future.

I used my Walmart Mastercard but did not receive the normal discount per gal

the attendant was rude. Did not greet. Did not Thank me. Did not welcome me back.
