Katie greeted me as I entered introduced herself, asked how she could be of assistance and serviced my request for purchase of gasoline with a smile. I filled my tank and turns out I overpaid for the volume of gas needed. When I rentered the station Katie immediately addressed me and said here is your change. Thanked me for coming in, welcomed a return visit and briefly informed me of the survey on the receipt. Very well done! Not to mention before I came in she was cleaning up around the shop but immediately stopped what she was doing to address the fact that I’d come in which was when she first greeted me and quickly made her way to the register to help me.
