I fueled while it was rainy and windy and there was not much protection from the elements, even though there was a cover and I was on an inside pump. It seems as though the cover is too high to prevent gusts of rain and wind.

I pulled right up to the pump, I was in a hurry at the time. I had No problems with the credit card machine. I even went out of my way to go to your location. We live 20 minutes away, so I always fill completely up when we visit your store. We pass NINE gas stations each time we come to your store, but I wouldn't have it any other way. When we do go into your store, the young ladies are always very friendly and helpful. On August 1st, we went to your store around 10pm, we were overly excited and in a hurry, our daughter was on her way to the hospital to deliver our first grandchild. the young lady that waited on us was so very helpful! We were nervous grandparents and we were buying, it seemed, everything! The young lady was so calm and excited for us, she helped us in so many ways and has left a wonderful impression in our hearts! This is why we pass nine other gas stations to go to your store. We are Always more than satisfied when leave. Thank you for hiring the personnel that you do, they truly care about their/your customers.

Always have a great experience when visiting your store on Hospital Road in New Roads, Louisiana. Pumps are always working, credit card machine is always efficient, I always wash my windshield while pumping gas. Windshield washer cleaner is always clean and always has plenty of cleaner to use. Outside is clean and well lit for safety. Inside is always clean and well stocked, personnel is very friendly and helpful. Only wish you sold sweet tea in you fountain drink machine. LOVE the ice!!! But I usually have to buy a tea in a can or bottle since you don't sell it with your awesome ice.

The Murphy station is clean, roomy, and priced the lowest in our town! Never had to wait for a pump. Moving around the parking lot is easy and not congested.
