Not highly satisfied with the price of fuel.

All pump lines were full. Had to wait 5 minutes for pump. I went inside to buy product and had to wait in line for 10 minutes. When they first opened, there was always two customer service persons behind the counter and used both registers. As of recent there are two behind the counter, but only one register being used. Today, two customer service persons and again only one register. There were at least ten people waiting in line. When I did get waited on, I asked with no disrespect with two people behind the counter, why did they not use both registers. She stated that the other girl was getting off and they were waiting on the other person to show up. Well, where I grew up was you waited on customers regardless if you were on or off the clock especially if you were behind the counter. For a company with excellent prices on gas and products, the service is terrible. I hope this will help you improve customer service at this location since I shop there at least once a week. If I need gas, I will look first to see if there are a lot of vehicles and decide if I will stop or not knowing the customer service will be frustrating. Have a nice day

I was very much unsatisfied because the wait was long. It only had one cashier available. The store was very nasty it smelled like if someone had a toilet backed up. The outside was very nasty. The manager herself had a real nasty attitude, she was not very professional at all. How could you have someone like this run your store. I will not recommend and one to visit this particular store.
