The cashier appeared to be rushing; she did not provide me with a receipt; when Iasked for a receipt she informed me to pump my gas first then she would bring the receipt to me which she never did. I had to go back into the store to get my receipt andshe still was not able to produce it. Not only that, she continued to take other customers until I insisted on getting the receipt which see Then called for another attendant to obtain it for me. My thoughts were she should try to take care of one customer before she began to work with another.

There were lines that were too long for this gas station. The outside was filthy and to top it all off, there was a customer who decided to unzip his pants and urinate on a nearby tree. When I saw the male doing this, he yelled at me to stop looking, (trust me there was nothing more I wanted to do, but I wanted to make him feel stupid for urinating in public, when there were bathrooms available.). I think this location needs outside Security to make customers feel more safe. The outside has to be cleaned up as well. There was garage in the parking lot and it took away from the appearance of the store. The lighting here is great, but with all of the seedy characters in the area, there should be a guard. Could possibly split the cost with the nearby Wal-Mart.

Card reader not working. Had to go inside, wait in line, pump gas, go back inside, wait in line again. Attendant said there should have been a sign up that said the card reader wasn't working. The other attendant said the sign was taken down because it was fixed. This added an additional 10 minutes to the amount of time it took to fill up my tank.

First of all the place was a zoo! Packed two cars deep at each pump. Then when it was my turn some BMW zipped right in coming the other way! There was a employee there taking out the garbage but did not say a word!

I had A Murphy coupons for free Tropicana Orange Juice & one for a free Christie cookie. The girl be hide the counter say we don't any in stock and didn't honor the coupon.

I asked the attendant for X amount on pump 1, I didn't realize I was on pump so I promptly proceeded to correct my mistake however she waited a minute or 2 and by then another customer had pumped a portion of my prepaid gas, so rather then have her go and request the customer to pay the difference of my gas she rudely stated I had to confront this customer and request them to pay the difference so unknowingly I went to ask for what was mine, but I felt very unsafe and very uncomfortable with having to do so, the other customer was displeased but understood the mistake and proceeded to give me the difference. I then had to go back and wait about 5minutes because now there was a line and then finally pay for the gas I wanted... Very disappointed with the attitude and service of this establishment, as a former employee of a gas station I would never treat a customer with such rudeness and disrespect.

The girl that was there didn't greet me and it was basically bad customer service.
