Price and convenience

I primarily use this location for the purchase of gasoline and lottery tickets. The reason that I use this location, which is slightly farther than Sheetz and 7-11 from me, are the attendants pleasantness and availability. Sheetz is a great location for me and the attendants are nice, but they never seem to have enough staff on duty to manage the excessive lines of customers. As for 7-11, I stopped going there because I got tired of seeing spider webs growing on the gas pumps and a staffer that had no business working in customer service. On this particular visit to Murphy Express, Melissa assisted me, and she was very professional and customer-service oriented. She always has a smile on her face and offers her services the second she sees a customer. She expresses this outward display of warmth to every customer on every occasion for which I have been at the store.
