i have been visiting murphys for several months due to the fact that they have kept the fuel price lower than other stations in my travels. however last week the prices jumped up to the same as other stations and backed down 5 cents shortly after that. 5 cents is not enough of a difference for me to go out of my way to visit murphys. and just last night I stopped at a shell station that is at the same exact price. so, unfortunately until the prices are lower again, I will be spending $400/month in fuel elsewhere

on previous visits i was ignored at the pump when i pushed the help button by the attendant for 45 minuites the first time and when i returned a half hour later i was ignored for another 30 miniutes which is the same thing SHEETZ did to me as i am disabled. i can pump my own gas i can't stand in line to pay for it though. i won't reccommend anyone stop there because of this.

I could not use my walmart credit card like I have always been able to do at other Murphy usa Gas stations.

We come to Murphy's on a daily basis, sometimes two three times a day. Most of the workers know us by name. When my husband came in this morning to purchase our normal order, a refill Frappuccino coffee drinks cigarettes and sometimes other items, he was told by the attendant that a few days ago he wasn't charged for two of our Frappuccino Starbucks drinks. And was being charged today. Today he had only purchased to Starbucks Frappuccino drinks but was charged for 4. I have worked with customers service before and I was always told that if you make a mistake it's your mistake. How can somebody turn around and charge somebody for something that was supposed to be purchased a few days ago. I think this is pretty ridiculous. And probably will not come back again. Shame on you for making the mistake, shouldn't try to fix your mistakes days later.

3 pumps were out of service and cars were scurrying erratically in the lot trying to find an operating pump. This is the most pumps I have ever encountered out at 1 time. This ranks as my worst Murphy experience. I hope it does not happen again.

pump had a problem, went in and told attendant I was using the Rollback but the pump wasn't working properly. They told me to go out and pump and they would take care of it inside. Pumped the gas but when I went back inside to pay there was no way to use the discount, had to pay full price for the fuel. Attendant apparently not well versed in use of the rollback/didn't seem to interested in the problem. Left NOT HAPPY.

Clerk cashier Brian Jacob is a rude smartass. Made smart comments to kid who couldn't get bank card to work. Soda machines drink mix out. Always out of lids or flavors. Not enough staff. Long waits in line to pay for items.
