The only reason I am completing this survey is because of the wonderful attendant, Melanie, who was working that night. I was just so impressed with her attitude and behavior toward all of the customers, including me. Melanie was so friendly and engaging; when she asked how your day was going you could tell she honestly wanted to know. She was just such a pleasant young lady that I felt compelled to tell both her and her employer. Thank you for putting good people out front.

Easy to get in and out of. Always clean. So much better then the Elizabeth City, NC location. Which I stopped at on 9/21/16 for a cappuccino. There was a gutter or something broke on the roof and was pouring out where people walk. Plus, it doesn't have and hot drinks.

Quick and easy to get in and out and the cigarette prices are great

We are experiencing a gas shortage. The station next door had increased their price 7 cents overnight. When I pulled in to Murphy they had nothing left but Super, but they had reduced the price to match Regular so I got gas for the price advertised on the sign. They could have been price gouging and made a temporary profit. Instead they were being more than fair and have won a customer for life. I'll tell everyone I know about this.

No problems. Not sure what you think you're going to accomplish with the advertising video screens though. At this point people are so conditioned to tune out advertisements, you're probably just wasting your money.

Clean and never a problem with the pumps.

clean & new location. Access was not easy - not Murphy's fault! Gas prices were probably 10% less than other stations in that area!
