Good prices, easy in/out, easy pumps to operate with instructions. Like the security seals knowing if a seal is broken, not to use the pump. This helps somewhat with identify theft protection.

It is always clean and well laid out for easy access in and out of the lot. The problem I experienced was due to having to go in and wait for a receipt as it did not print at the pump.
