I waited 15 minutes while a guy with a pickup truck and a trailer full of lawn care equipment went inside, came out eating a hotdog and then began pumping fuel. I know it wasn't Murphy's fault that the guy was so nonchalantly rude, but it certainly put a damper on my selecting Highly Satisfied. If not for him, I would have been Highly Satisfied.

The attendants were way too slow. Talking to each other and not meeting the needs of the customers. Had to wait too long to redeem the lottery ticket.
