Even though this is a brand new location, the area was still clean and pristine and not crowded. The price is great for gas as well.

Gas Prices are still too high. The cost of a barrel of oil has not jumped that much in comparison to the price of gas. Plus, in any given week, gas prices jump around 40 cents or more a gallon, than slowly go down during the week before rising again.
