I generally don't rate highly satisfied

I traditionally don't rate anything the highest level. I use Murphy's often and will continue to use.

The customers in front ofme were just very slow

I went into the station after paying at the pump for my fuel to purchase a gallon of milk and was surprised and disappointed that milk was not an item available for purchase.

Quick/fast service.

For some reason, when I paid at the pump, the fuel discount was not applied even though I used my Walmart credit card

I was highly satisfied which I noted but yet was brought to page of the survey.

Because i expected to get 5 cents off per gallon using my Walmart credit card and didnt. Had to call today and find out things are now done differently and I have to check my statements only getting 2% cent off now and spending more time trying to track this. I will now go elsewhere when I feel the price and time needed to track this is not worth it.

I was just getting gas which I pumped myself. Nothing to get all excited about.
